We provide safe storage in regional distribution centers and forward-stocking locations across the globe. Our limited-access facilities are being monitored 24/7.

Inbound logistics

We check your goods for damages and defects. We ensure that master files are correct and all products are stored accurately. Inbounding also includes registration and quarantine procedures.

Order fulfillment

BBL Extron’s outbound process is powered by intelligent IT solutions and ensures reliable, efficient and fast shipment preparation. This includes packing, staging, checking and loading.

Inventory management

We support your inventory management to achieve low stockholding and high performance. You will have a personalized dashboard with insight into your stock and goods flows.

The steps in our
warehouse
management service

Hundreds of products enter BBL Extron’s warehouse each day. Every product must go through our refined process to ensure they reach their destination safely and efficiently. When a truck arrives at our warehouse, crucial paperwork is being handled. Products are now ready to be taken to the next destination inside the warehouse. Depending on the demand for the product, it will either be placed within arms reach or higher up the shelves. This way, we ensure efficient stacking for a faster order-picking process.

The staff will scan all individual items. Thanks to our warehouse management system, customers are informed of the exact whereabouts of their product, including the row and shelf number. We monitor every single product each step of the way, whether it’s through labeling, scanning, or camera supervision. We don’t want products to go missing.

Since 2011, BBL Extron has provided the logistics and warehousing in Europe for Steel Blue safety boots.
