Distribution

From our warehouse to your customer

Parcel and pallet shipments across Europe and beyond, handled by a team that keeps an eye on every step. Anyone can book a carrier. What makes the difference is what happens when something doesn’t go as planned.

Our team monitors every outbound shipment and handles exceptions before they become your problem. You don’t need to chase us for updates. We’ll already be on it.

What’s included

Parcel & pallet shipments
We ship by road, air, and sea, using a network of established carriers. We select the right carrier and service level for each shipment based on destination, urgency, and product type.

Control tower
Our control tower team oversees all outbound processes. They track shipments, handle administrative actions, and are your direct contact for any in- or outbound questions.

Customer service & exception handling
Things can always go wrong in logistics. What matters is how fast you catch it and what you do next. Our customer service team handles these exceptions and keeps you informed without making you ask.

Customs documentation
When your shipment crosses a border, the paperwork needs to be right. We handle import and export documentation on your behalf, making sure nothing gets held up.

Warehouse and distribution connected in one system

Distribution starts the moment an order is picked in our warehouse. Our WMS and transport management system are integrated, which means shipment data flows automatically.

From the moment your goods are packed to the moment they’re delivered, everything is tracked and logged. Your Power BI dashboard gives you real-time visibility into outbound performance, carrier reliability, and delivery times.

Fiscal representation allows companies based outside the European Union to import goods into the EU without having a local legal entity. BBL acts as your representative, handling all VAT administration and customs formalities. The primary benefit is the optimization of cash flow through VAT deferment (Article 23 license), meaning you don’t have to pay VAT at the moment of import, but instead account for it in your periodic filing.
